Key terms

Service

SwarmLM generates deliverables by coordinating multiple AI “agents” (planner, creator, reviewer, integrator). Outputs are provided “as is” and may contain errors.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal information in tasks.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. We may block or rate-limit requests to protect the service and comply with provider policies.

Paid features

If paid access is enabled, payment processing is handled by Square and/or NOWPayments. Access is granted via entitlement tokens that expire based on the plan purchased.

Third-party providers

Some deployments may rely on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services (for example Cloudflare). This deployment can be configured to run without third-party AI providers. Payment processors (Square/NOWPayments) handle checkout when enabled, and Google Analytics is used for site usage metrics. Availability, rate limits, and outputs may vary.

Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms over time. If changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date on this page.

These terms are a lightweight MVP baseline. If you have a signed enterprise agreement, that agreement controls.
