Privacy Policy

At a glance

  • We collect your name, email, and use case when you join the waitlist.
  • When you run a demo or full swarm, we process the task text you submit to generate an output.
  • By default, we don’t intentionally store task inputs or outputs on the server (deployments can be configured differently).
  • We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site.
  • We host on Cloudflare (Pages/Workers/KV); Cloudflare may process IP address and request metadata for security and performance.
  • If payments are enabled, Square and/or NOWPayments process payment details; we receive status data needed to grant access.
  • If you choose to save an access token, it is stored locally in your browser (localStorage).

What we collect

Waitlist submissions: name, email, and your use case. Demo and full runs: the task text you submit and the output returned to you. Payment processors handle payment details when checkout is enabled; we receive order status and entitlement data.

How we use it

To run demo/full swarms, to contact you about access (waitlist), to operate and secure the service, and to improve prompts/templates over time.

Third parties

By default, this deployment does not send tasks or outputs to third-party AI model providers. If a specific deployment enables third-party providers, tasks and outputs may be processed by those providers. Infrastructure services (Cloudflare) provide hosting, security, and delivery. Payments, when used, are handled by Square and/or NOWPayments. Waitlist notifications may be sent to Telegram if enabled. We use Google Analytics for site usage measurement.

Data retention

We retain waitlist entries and order/entitlement records as needed to provide access and support. Retention may vary by deployment configuration. Operational logs may be retained for security and reliability. You can request deletion via email.

Your choices

Don’t include sensitive personal information, credentials, or secrets in tasks. If you save a token in your browser, you can clear it anytime. To access, correct, or delete your waitlist data, contact us at hello at swarmlm.net.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure. Please use good judgment in what you submit.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure basic site usage (for example: page views and engagement). This may use cookies or similar identifiers provided by Google. You can block analytics using browser settings or extensions; the site will still work.

Contact and deletion requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist information, email hello at swarmlm.net.

If there’s a mismatch between this page and the behavior of a specific deployment (e.g., enterprise setup), the deployment’s configured notices and contracts control.
